As part of the government’s commitment to improving the UK’s appeal as a top destination for study for international students, the new Points-Based Immigration System will include a graduate visa route, opening from summer 2021.
This post-study immigration route will be available to international students who have completed a degree in the UK from summer 2021. The graduate visa will allow its holder to stay in the UK and work, or look for work, for up to three years after graduating.
