New: UKVI Digital
Assisted Service
for Applicants

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) has introduced a UK-wide Assisted Digital service to support those customers who need help to complete their immigration application online. This new service is available to customers who do not have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to complete their online immigration application form.

As a greater number of services move online, this new offering signals the government’s commitment to ensuring support is available for all users to access and use.

What support is being offered from this new UKVI service?

  • Telephone support – Applicants can speak to a skilled Migrant Help UK Advisor who will help them complete their application form online.
  • Face to face support at a library –  Applicants can seek support in completing their online application form online from staff members at specified libraries throughout the UK.
  • Face to face support at home –  Applicants can request a tutor to visit them in their home to help in the submission of their online application form.

This UKVI service is being delivered in collaboration with We are Digital. To receive assisted digital support with your online immigration application, the UKVI advises applicants to contact We are Digital by:

Telephone: 03333 445 675

Text message: text the word “VISA” to 07537416944

Email: visa@we-are-digital.co.uk

Applicants should note that the Assisted Digital service does not provide immigration advice. It is also not available to those customers seeking to file applications under the Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 4 visa routes.
