from the UAE?

Planning to apply for a UK visa from the UAE? You may now make use of the new Super Priority Visa Service, recently made available at application centres across the United Arab Emirates.

UAE applicants in need of a quick turnaround on their application are now able to take advantage of the new Super Priority Visa Service which was made available at Visa Application Centres (VACs) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on 23 March 2015. The launch comes as part of Home office plans to make the fast-track service readily available to applicants across the globe over the course of this year.

The Super Priority Visa Service allows you to receive an immigration decision within 24 hours of submitting your UK visa application. The new service is completely optional and costs £600 in addition to the regular visa application fee. An appointment must be made as part of your application and will take place at your local VAC.

It is worth noting, however, that whilst this service guarantees a quick and easy application process, it does not promise applicants a positive outcome.

The UK Ambassador to the UAE, Mr Philip Parham, is delighted with the launch of the Super Priority Visa Service in the two countries and has stated that it

‘…underlines our strong commitment to making our already excellent visa service even more flexible. The service offers another option for tourists, business people and students who need to travel to the UK at the last minute’.
