Are you an EEA national living in the UK and considering your immigration options?

The Home Office has recently launched a European passport return service for EEA nationals who are applying for recognition as an EEA QP (qualifying person) or for confirmation of their right to PR (permanent residency).

The new service will allow such applicants to retain and use their passport or relevant identity documents as desired whilst their application is being processed.

The government has issued a list of London-based local authorities which offer this service, making it easier for EEA nationals to begin the process of confirming their UK status.

The list contains a total of 14 London authorities including Bexley, Greenwich, Kensington & Chelsea, Luton, Southward and Tower Hamlets.
